WHAT IS THE TREE TENTS TREKKING

Sleep suspended in the air among trees and uncontaminated nature. It is not the scene of a cartoon or the fruit of your imagination but an idea that wants to become reality.

“T.T.T. Tree Tents Trekking”is an itinerant trekking project carried out in our Apennine mountains with overnight stops using special tents that are placed at about 1.5 / 2 meters from the ground.

A dream for those who love nature tourism and want to reduce, every time they move, the negative impact on the environment, fully enjoying the contact with the forest and its benefic effects.

Tree Tents Trekking is also a tourist reception project with a low environmental impact, to bring our Apennines villages back to life, especially those overwhelmed by the 2016 earthquake.

The tree Tents Trekking, are holidays ofNatura in Movimento aimed at well-being and have a variable duration of 2/3/4/5 days able to combine the discovery of the natural environment (trekking, hiking, Nordic walking, e-bike and cycle tourism) with the local territorial economy.

Our purpose is to lead aware tourists, reach the small Apennines villages and use local services for meals thus supporting the local economy, but using our placed Tree Tents for the accomodation in secluded places, in the surrounding woods.

WHAT ARE TREE TENTS

TreeTents are tents designed as portable tree houses.

They combine the comfort of a hammock and the security of a tent, allowing users to enjoy large open spaces with unprecedented comfort.

"The birth of the concept of this product, which dates back to 1998, is very fascinating. Originally the TreeTents were designed for the Road Alert Group, a group of environmental activists. The group was particularly active and operated throughout England especially for the defense of forests. The Tree Tents had to have, therefore, two roles, to host the demonstrators during the excursions but above all to be a means through which the trees would not have been cut ".

The TreeTents are camping tents with 2/3/4 beds, designed to be suspended above the ground.

A camping solution for all terrains, a safe solution to "ELEVATE" THE OPEN LIFE "by making the sky the only limit.

The TreeTents offer shelter without any environmental impact.
